HIGHLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Averaged 32.0 yards per punt (26-for-831) in 2019 season... Booted season-long 45 against Butler CC.

LINCOLN HS ’16: Played four years as a striker in soccer as a prep (American football is not played in New Zealand)... Helped team to Christchurch Soccer Championship.

PERSONAL: Born in Wellington, New Zealand... Majoring in human development... Parents are Wayne Rudd and Josephine Barnes... Learned about punting after seeing it in an Instagram post, and did not perform the feat in a game until coming to the U.S.... Hopes to grow American football in his home country... Career plans are to punt in the NFL and/or work for an organization like Interpol.
