SAN DIEGO – Following a pair of top rounds to open things, UC Davis women's golf senior
Lauren Calderon wrapped up her spring opening weekend by cracking the top 10 with a sixth-place finish overall, helping the Aggies end the San Diego State Classic sitting fifth overall.
IN THE CLUBHOUSE:
- UC Davis bested No. 15 CSU San Marcos and tied with No. 43 Oregon State in the standings of a competitive tournament
- Calderon shot birdies on holes 12, 14 and 16 to help power her round that allowed for the top eight finish in the standings
- While playing as an individual, Yu "Yoyo" Bai shot a solid round, posting a -1 on the day, highlighted by an eagle on the par five 13
