IRVING, Texas — The Big 12 Conference announced its all-conference team for the 2026 lacrosse season on Wednesday, Jan. 28. UC Davis lacrosse attacker
Annie Cimperman was selected as a member of the preseason All-Big 12 Team. The Aggies were also picked to finish in fourth place in the conference with 12 points.
The Aggies enter their second season in the Big 12 after falling in the first round of the conference tournament to Florida a year ago.
Cimperman, who enters her senior year with the Aggies, started all 16 games a year ago after an historical 2025 season where she became the program's single-season draw control record holder with 103 draw controls. Her historic season comes off four games with 10 or more draw controls, including a career-high 14 in the regular season finale against San Diego State.
Following a scrimmage at home against Dominican on Saturday, Jan. 31, the Aggies open the season at UC Davis Health Stadium against Stanford on Saturday, Feb. 7. The opening draw is set to go at 1:00 p.m. PT and the game will be streamed live on the UC Davis Aggies YouTube channel.
