COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Ags took down the Big Green during Friday's neutral site event, outscoring the competition 6-2 in the single-discipline meet.
HOW IT HAPPENED: The Aggies went 4-0 on the Flat, taking Dartmouth down by 28 points as a collective effort. Senior
Marin Gilliland was ablaze on the Flat, scoring a near-perfect 91 aboard Zinnia. She earned herself the MOP award for her first-half performance, and outscoring her opponent by nine points.
Graduate student
Margaret Franke earned a 79 on Queen to earn the first point for the Aggies, and sophomore
Lauren Kolbe matched the score of 79 aback ZZ to earn the point by seven. Freshman
Anna Donovan closed out the Aggie sweep with an 86 on Zeus, securing the four-point victory.
Over the Fences, the Ags split the points half and half with Dartmouth. Kolbe competed again, and while riding Splendid earned an 88. Senior
Jessie Rechs and Chapman scored an 87 for the second Aggie point.
Emma Jolly and
Anna Donovan competed as well and were only one point shy of the win against their opponents.
