DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis men's water polo team has announced its schedule for the 2024 season. 

The Aggies' 12th season under coach Dan Leyson's leadership is set to begin Sep. 7 in La Jolla, Calif. at the UC San Diego Triton Invite. The Aggies are home the following weekend, hosting American River College on Friday, Sep. 13 in an exhibition game then will participate in the annual Aggie Roundup on Saturday and Sunday.

UC Davis travels to the East Bay for the MPSF Invitational Tournament the following weekend. The tournament, hosted by Cal, will run from Sep. 20 to Sep. 22.

The following weekend, UC Davis will take on Santa Clara at home at 6:00 p.m. The Aggies defeated the Broncos in both matchups last season.

The final regular season tournament will take place at San Jose State, with the Aggies competing in the second annual Big West-West Coast Conference tournament on Oct. 5 and 6.

The Aggies begin Big West conference play at home against Long Beach State on Oct. 11, then finish the weekend with a non-conference matchup against Stanford on Oct. 13.

UC Davis hits the road for the remainder of the month, taking on UCSB in a conference game on Oct. 19, then UCLA the following day. Next weekend, the Aggies face Cal State Fullerton and USC.

The regular season wraps up with two home conference games, UC Irvine on Nov. 1 and UC San Diego on Nov. 9.

UC Davis is scheduled to host the 2024 Big West Championship at Schaal Aquatics Center from Nov. 22-24.
