DAVIS, Calif. – UC Davis volleyball assistant coach
Kendra Dahlke has reached the professional ranks after signing with the San Diego Mojo of the Pro Volleyball Federation.
The Mojo, owned by beach volleyball legend Kerri Walsh Jennings, will enter the league's inaugural season in 2024. Dahlke will be returning to San Diego County to continue her professional career as she hails from nearby Bonsall, Calif.
After standing out at the University of Arizona, Dahlke has spent the last three seasons playing professional volleyball overseas, featuring in Italy, Greece, Puerto Rico, France, and the Philippines.
During her four-year collegiate volleyball career at the University of Arizona, Dahlke racked up a mountain of milestones and accolades, including an honor as a third-team All-American by Volleyball Magazine. Dahlke's senior season was one of the most successful individual campaigns by an outside hitter in Arizona history. She led the Pac-12 Conference and finished fifth in the country, averaging 4.77 kills/set, becoming the third Wildcat to lead the conference in kills and first since 2005.
During her junior year, Dahlke led the team with 3.26 kills/set overall and 3.50 kills/set in Pac-12 matches. Dahlke's career total of 1,408 kills ranks seventh most in Arizona history.
