THE COURSES…
The 23rd Annual Prestige will be played at the Greg Norman Course at PGA WEST and will play at Par 71 and 7100 yards. The separate Prestige Individual Tournament will be played at The Golf Club at Terra Lago's North Course in Indio and will sport a par 72, 7060-yard track. This is the 21st year that PGA WEST will host The Prestige.

IN THE RANKINGS…
This year's 24 team field includes 2021 NCAA D1 Champion Pepperdine University and past NCAA Champions Stanford, LSU, North Texas and Princeton, along with current Golfstat top ranked teams #3 Texas Tech, #6 Stanford, #15 Pepperdine, #22 Colorado State, #21 Baylor, #28 LSU, #33 Liberty, #35 Northwestern, #42 TCU, #44 Louisville and #47 Kansas. (Golfstat Top-50 as of Feb. 14)

A PRESTIGE-OUS HISTORY…
Vanderbilt is the defending tournament team champion at 16-over-868, while Texas Tech's Ludvig Aberg was last year's individual medalist at 3-under (71-69-70-210). Aberg returns atop the Red Raiders lineup for this year's tournament. Ian Maspat of Pepperdine won the Individual tournament at 6-under (68-74-68-210). Like Aberg, Maspat looks to defend his title this season as well.

UC Davis has twice finished second at its premier event, the first coming in 2004 behind only UCLA, and the second in 2008 behind TCU… Jason Boyd (2001), Nate Pistacchio (2008), Josh Granger (2011), hold the mark for the lowest score by an Aggie at this event at 6-under, with Pistacchio's score helping him to a share of individual medalist honors… Erik Hill also took home a win at the 2004 event, finishing 1-over for the title… Austin Graham holds the UC Davis and tournament record for the lowest single round at the tournament with a second-round 63 in 2008. Last season Thomas Hutchison paced the Ags with a 3-over-216 to finish fifth overall. UC Davis placed T-11th with a 45-over-897.

LAST TIME OUT…
UC Davis was supposed to make its 2023 debut at the Amer Ari Invitational at Hawai'i, yet after making the trek to the islands, the tournament was canceled due to high winds at Waimea.

NEXT TIME OUT…
The Aggies will continue its spring slate when they travel to The Goodwin that will be played at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco on March 30.
