DAVIS, Calif. – UC Davis hosted a talented Hawai'i team on Tuesday night inside the University Credit Union Center and it was the Rainbow Wahine who grabbed the victory in straight sets (25-14, 25-18, 25-19).
UC Davis falls to 10-9 overall (5-4 Big West) and remain in fifth place in the conference standings while Hawai'i improves to 14-6 overall (7-2 Big West) to close the gap on first-place UC Santa Barbara who occupies the top spot.
"Hawai'i is a good team and well-coached," said Head Coach
