2018 ROSTER AT A GLANCE
With nine incoming freshman, seven returning starters, and a three-member senior class, the Aggies skew young this year as they begin the 2018 season with 17 underclassmen on their roster of 24. Â
The Aggies will also welcome back redshirt sophomore,
Sara Janetzky, who suffered a season-ending injury in 2017. An America East All-Rookie Team selection as a freshman, Janetzky was one of five Aggies to start in all 18 games on the schedule.
"We are young, but we have more depth than we've had in the past," said Broady. "
Stephanie Hussey, who is entering her third season as an assistant coach for the Aggies, has been working tirelessly with our forward line to create movement, quick shots, and scrappiness."Â
"Newcomers
Siena Dwyer,
Brooke Sanchez, and
Shannon Wong add a quickness and fearlessness that is hard to defend, while in the midfield, we have players who have been working to develop the attack and build the play," Broady said. "
Madison Theodore,
Eline van den Bosch,
Nicola Prebble, and
Milou Korthouwer will not only transition the ball to the attacking third, they will also sustain a team attack," Broady added.Â
"Defensively, we have experience with senior back
Kelley Kramer and junior goalkeeper
Chelsea Bigelow, in addition to newcomers
Audrey Matthew and
Isabella Porco, who are playing as veterans and will make entering the circle a challenge."
