2021: ZAG FIELD HOCKEY/NFHCA DIVISION I NATIONAL ACADEMIC SQUAD… Appeared in all 16 games for UC Davis… Recorded goals in consecutive games against Stanford (10/26) and UALBANYF (10/29)… Also tallied an assist in the same match against Stanford…  Logged a whopping 0.800 shot on goal percentage.

2020-21: Will not lose a year of athletic eligibility due to the NCAA’s COVID-19 policy… ZAG FIELD HOCKEY/NFHCA DIVISION I NATIONAL ACADEMIC SQUAD… Competed in six games… Scored on her only shot taken at Cal (4/3).

2019: ALL-AMERICA EAST ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL... Appeared in 16 games for the Aggies... Scored her first career goal on Oct. 18 at Cal to pull even in the third period... Also registered a shot on goal on Sept. 21 in a win over VCU. 

2018: AMERICA EAST ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL SELECTION… NFHCA ACADEMIC SQUAD SELECTION… Appeared in 17 games for the Aggies, making two starts… Logged her first career assist against No. 4 Maryland (8/27)… Recorded a season-high three shots on goal in as many swings against Davidson on Sept. 9… Of her eight total shots on the season, seven were on-cage (.875).

SCRIPPS RANCH HS '18: Three-year varsity letterwinner as one of her team’s midfielders… Helped lead Scripps Ranch HS to a San Diego Western Conference title and a trip to the CIF semi-finals as a sophomore in 2015… Three-time all-tournament top-20 player at the Serra HS varsity field hockey tournament as a sophomore, junior, and senior… Most Outstanding Defensive Player Award recipient at the Serra HS varsity field hockey tournament in 2015… Recipient of the CIF Sportsmanship Award as a junior… Two-time San Diego Section All-CIF Team selection, San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic selection, and member of the San Diego Tribune’s “Prep field Hockey Players to Watch” list during her junior and senior seasons… All-league first team selection as a senior… Served as team captain for the varsity team during her senior season… Two-time recipient of the Scripps Ranch HS Pride Award… Also competed on the Scripps Ranch HS varsity soccer team as a freshman and sophomore… Began competing for the RUSH field hockey club program based out of Encinitas, Calif. in 2016… Selected for the USA Field Hockey Futures Region 11 Team in 2015 (U16), 2016 (U19), and 2017 (U19).   

PERSONAL: Born in San Diego, Calif… Parents are Anthony and Joyce Potente… Has an older sibling, Christopher… Lists Carli Lloyd as her sports hero… Her favorite hobbies include watching movies, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
