2024 T&F: Did not compete in 2024.

Orcutt Academy '23: Maleelah competed on the track team their sophomore, junior, and senior year in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, and long jump. During their time as a spartan, Maleelah qualified for the CIF central section division 4 championship twice, first during the 2022 season and again in 2023. Off the track, Maleelab made honor roll and the principals list all 4 years of high school. 

Personal: Maleelah has 2 younger sibling, Aedan and Catalina. Maleelah's sports hero is Allyson Felix and her non-sports hero is her mom. They hopes to use her biochemistry and molecular biology degree to become a pathologist. A little known fact about Maleelah is that they plays several instruments and was part of the Orcutt Academy band that won first overall concert band in 2023. 

When asked why UC Davis, Maleelah responded "Coach Makusha is a very good coach who cares about his athletes and supports them. He genuinely wants the best for them. Coach Makusha gave me a chance and I will always be grateful for that chance."
