2022: Started all 11 games at right tackle… Provided the time for Miles Hastings to help the Aggies boast the top passing numbers in the league… UC Davis ranked second in the Big Sky in sacks allowed as the offensive line opened the holes for the Ags to sport the third-ranked rushing offense in the conference… Helped provide the running lanes for UC Davis rushing record-holder Ulonzo Gilliam, Jr.
2021 FALL: Appeared in five games, primarily on special teams and as a reserve O-lineman.
2021 SPRING: Played against Weber State (3/13), Cal Poly (3/20) and Idaho State (3/27) as a reserve O-lineman.
2019: Appeared in season opener at Cal only (8/31).

Modesto Bee All-District honoree as a junior and senior… 2017 All-Valley Oak League Outstanding Offensive Player and All-NorCal Offense selection… Two-time Cal-Hi Sports All-State honoree and Starbucks/Black Hat Football First Team recipient in each of his final two seasons… Oakdale High School 2017 Lineman of the Year… Led OHS to a 12-2 overall, 7-0 league record and Valley Oak League championship, its 13th in the last 16 seasons… Anchored an offensive line that produced two 1,000-yard running backs last year… In the last three seasons, Sarale helped pave the way for seven 1,000-yard backs, including one that set the district single-season rushing record with 2,851 yards in 2016… Rated No. 3 overall, and the No. 1-rated offensive lineman on the
Sacramento Bee’s list of top returning football players before the start of the 2017 season… All-VOL first-team honoree in 2016… Oakdale won 14 of its final 15 games, including seven straight to win the program’s first CIF State Bowl victory due to the play of a Sarale-led offensive line… Also won VOL and Sac-Joaquin Section titles in 2016 — the program’s third in the last five years… OHS won 36 games throughout his three years with the program.
PERSONAL: Not many people know that he loves to fish... Earning all-state honors is his proudest personal accomplishment... Favorite facility he competed in is The Corral at Oakdale High School... Chose UC Davis because of the world-class academics, which will help him for life after football.
