- UC Davis enters the weekend with a 2-4 overall record following an East Coast road swing against Northeastern and Yale.
- Goalkeeper Addy Collingwood earned her second consecutive MPSF Defensive Player of the Week award after recording 11 saves over the weekend, including a career-high-tying eight saves against Yale. The accolade marks the third career MPSF weekly honor for Collingwood.

- 2026 marks the fifth season for head coach Austin Pile, the reigning 2025 MPSF Coach of the Year.

- Rounding out the coaching staff is new assistant coach Jordan Carr, who brings her talents to Davis for her first season with the Aggies.

- UC Davis enters the 2026 campaign in its second season as a founding member of the MPSF field hockey conference.
