IRVING, Texas — Following a double-digit performance in the circle on Sunday, UC Davis lacrosse's
Annie Cimperman has been named the Big 12's Draw Specialist of the Week for Week 2.
This honor is the first of Cimperman's career and the first of the season for UC Davis.
In the home matchup against Florida State, the preseason all-conference selection picked up where she left off last season with 10 draw controls, the fifth double-digit draw control game of her career and her first of the season.
The senior's performance in the middle helped the Aggies maintain possession and hold the Seminole offense to six goals throughout the day, with none in the fourth quarter.
