Lequan Wang (-1, T10) led the Aggies' charge Monday, both surging into the top 10 after 36 holes at the Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational, hosted by Central Michigan in collaboration with PGA TOUR Pathway to Progression and the GCAA.
OFF THE TEE BOX
- Tarter (T4, -3) anchored the Aggies with tournament-leading consistency, pacing the field with 29 pars through 36 holes
- He added four birdies (two per round) to remain firmly in contention
- Lequan Wang (T10, -1) surged up the leaderboard with an Aggie-high eight birdies, including a tournament-low scoring average on par 3s
- His first-round 70 featured five birdies, including one to begin his round
