The short story: Curtis Da Silva continued to pace the Aggies on day two of the Amer Ari Invitational, where he currently is in ninth place after carding a 3-under 69.
Lequan Wang was UC Davis' biggest riser for the 16th placed Aggies on day two, shooting an Aggie low of 4-under 68 to climb up 18 spots on the leaderboard where he now sits within the top-35 among all individuals.
IN THE FAIRWAY
- After having eight birdies yesterday, Da Silva continued his strong play with six during day two
- Da Silva's 14 birdies is tied for third most currently in the field
- His 7-under efforts on Par 4's has been the driving force to Da Silva's success, where he ranks second amongst the field in average score
- Wang was one of the biggest risers among all competitors on the leaderboard, thanks in part to his six birdies and a dominant back-nine that included three of those birdies, and no bogeys
