THE SHORT STORY: UC Davis broke through in the 80th minute with Gavin House's first career goal, but UC San Diego answered back minutes later to secure a 1-1 draw on Saturday night in La Jolla. The Aggies finished with 18 shots and a career-high eight saves from Noah Schwengeler to close out their second Big West match of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- UC Davis created early chances in the first half, with Tanon and Andrew Dutra forcing saves, while Schwengeler kept the match scoreless with a stop in the 40th minute on Ryan Namdar
- Banks in the 27th minute also had a key stop, denying the Triton's Tyler Cash from scoring
- The half ended 0-0 with both defenses holding firm
- UC San Diego struck first in the 69th minute when Adam Dunbar finished off a feed from Kai Oppenheim to put the Tritons ahead 1-0
- The Aggies answered about ten minutes later as Goodman set up House for the equalizer — the first goal of House's career
- Schwengeler came up big late, denying multiple UC San Diego chances, while Davis produced two late corners and a final shot on goal from Tanon on a free kick in the closing seconds
- Neither side found a winner, ending in a 1-1 draw
