2025: ALL-BIG WEST ALL-FRESHMAN TEAM… Appeared in all 19 matches, starting 18, and logged 1,571 minutes… Finished with 2 goals and 4 points, adding 20 shots and 5 shots on goal… Both goals came in the 3-2 win over UC Riverside (Oct. 18), where he registered a season-high 4 points in 90 minutes… Posted a season-high 3 shots in four matches… Became the 12th Aggie in program history to earn All-Freshman Team honors, ranking third on the team in minutes played.

Aptos HS: Four-year standout and team captain... Named SCCAL Most Valuable Player as a senior... Earned SCCAL Defensive Player of the Year honors as a junior and Midfielder of the Year as a sophomore... Collected All-League Second Team honors as a freshman... Helped guide Aptos to back-to-back league titles in his final two seasons.

PERSONAL: Born in Santa Cruz, Calif... Parents are Christopher and Nozomi Banks... Has one brother, Kokoro... Speaks Japanese and says his name means “wave” in Japanese... Favorite athlete is Cristiano Ronaldo... Enjoys body surfing... Lists his career highlight as scoring a brace on Senior Night to win the game and league title... Chose UC Davis because “they were the ones that gave me a chance at D1 soccer.”
