DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis redshirt junior forward Karly Redman and freshman Addy Collingwood were named MPSF Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.
Redman received the honor after a prominent performance on offense for the Aggies, scoring the lone goal against California on her senior day. This marks Redman's second career MPSF Offensive Player of the Week honor.
Redman is now tied for the leading goal scorer position for the Aggies, with eight goals on the season. She has also recorded one brace this season against Ball State.
Collingwood received the honor after a standout performance on defense for the Aggies, recording nine saves on the weekend against Cal and Stanford. This marks Collingwood's first career MPSF Defensive Player of the Week honor.
Collingwood's other notable performances this season include six saves at Sacred Heart (9/19) to win the game, and eight saves at Miami (OH) (8/29).
