IRVINE, Calif. - With basketball season just 18 days away, the Big West has announced the preseason poll and team for their 2025-26 season.
Megan Norris of UC Davis women's basketball was selected as one of seven players on the conference's preseason coaches team. The Aggies were also selected to finish third in the conference, receiving 83 points and three first-place points.
A redshirt senior out of Menlo Park, Calif., Norris enters year five in the blue and gold after landing on the All-Big West Second Team last season. In 33 games played last season, she led the Aggies with 251 rebounds and 52 blocked shots.
Now coming into her final season as an Ag, Norris will look to become just the 22nd player in program history to score 1,000 points in their career while also trying to become the seventh player to have 100 blocked shots in a career.
