Cross Country Announces 2024 Competition Slate

DAVIS, Calif.  UC Davis cross country has announced its 2024 schedule as it attempts to make another run at success on the national stage.
 
This fall, Head Coach Emma Petersen will enter her fifth season at the helm and she will lead the Aggies into their 2024 campaign starting at the USF Invitational on Aug. 30 at Golden Gate Park.
 
UC Davis will enjoy a week off before its home meet on Sept. 14, hosting the Stump Invitational at Putah Creek Reserve.
 
The following week, the Aggies will remain in Northern California on Sept. 20 when they compete in the Pacific Collegiate Invitational at Mickey Grove Golf Course in Lodi, Calif.
 
Davis' team heads to the Midwest on Oct. 4 when they compete in the Lakefront Invitational in Chicago, Ill. at Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course. The final race before postseason competition will take place on Oct. 19 at Baylands Park in Sunnyvale, Calif. for the Bronco Invitational hosted by Santa Clara.
 
The Big West Conference Championships will be hosted by UC Riverside on Nov. 2, and those who qualify for the NCAA West Regional will head to Colfax, Wash. on Nov. 15 for the meet hosted by Washington State.
 
This will all culminate in the NCAA national meet held in Madison, Wisc. on Nov. 23.
