PHOENIX, AZ — UC Davis men's basketball standout
Elijah Pepper has been selected to play in the 2024 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) - Reese's Division I All-Star Game this week as part of the NCAA Final Four in Phoenix, Arizona.
The All-Star game will take place on Friday, April 5 at 3:30 p.m. (PT) at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix. The game will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network, and admission to the game and Reese's Final Four Friday is free.
Talent on air for the coverage will be provided by Jordan Kent, Steve Lappas, Chris Walker and AJ Ross.
Pepper, a fifth-year senior, garnered Big West Player of the Year Honors, a selection to the NABC All-Region District 9 First Team, and was also named as a Lou Henson Award Finalist after his impressive season which included a Big West leading 20.7 points per game. Pepper finished his collegiate career at Davis with a remarkable 2,284 points, ranking second all-time in Big West history.
Pepper becomes just the third ever Aggie to compete in the prestigious NABC Reese's All-Star Game, joining former Aggies Corey Hawkins (2015) and Dominic Caligari (2010).
The rosters for the game features top senior talent across NCAA Division I with Oakland's Greg Kampe guiding the East All-Stars, while San Diego's Steve Lavin will lead the West All-Stars.
