San Francisco, Calif. – The UC Davis men's golf team played its final-round of the 53^rd edition of The Goodwin Saturday, and finished the event in 24^th. The Aggies carded a final-round score of 10-over 290 and  three-round score of 30-over 870 on the 6,939-yard, par-70 course.
 
Darren Chiu paced the Ags as he finished the tournament tied for 32^nd. The freshman carded three birdies in the final round, enroute to his second-consecutive even-round at 70. Chiu fired for a three-round score of 2-over 212, and is the only Aggie in the top-50 after the tournament.
 
Junior Alejandro Nava would finish the final-round of The Goodwin tied for 78^th. Nava shot 5-over 75 in the final round and posted an 8-over 218 three-round score.
 
Lucas Carper and Mark Stephens would both finish the tournament tied for 124^th. Carper, who struggled in the opening two-rounds, bounced back as he carded a pair of birdies and an eagle to finish the final round 1-over 71. Stephens would finish the final-round 5-over 75. The juniors each posted a three-round score of 13-over 223.
 
Jacob Westberg rounds out the Ags as he finishes the tournament tied for 136^th. Westberg shot 4-over 74 in the final round and carded a three-round score of 14-over 224.
