DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis lacrosse team's seven-match road trip is slowly coming to a close, but not before it makes a stop in Tempe, Ariz., this weekend as the Aggies take on Arizona State on Sunday (March 21) at 1 p.m. at the Sun Devil Lacrosse Stadium. It is the penultimate road game for UC Davis during the trip, which ends with a neutral site contest against Coastal Carolina at San Diego State on March 29, before the Aggies play four of their final six regular season contests at home.

Arizona State enters the week with a 3-2 overall record and will take on USC on the road on Friday (March 19) before hosting UC Davis… The Sun Devils put a stop to a brief two-match losing skid with a 21-11 at California on March 14, and are 2-0 against MPSF opponents this year with wins over San Diego State (23-10) and Fresno State (22-6)… Attacker Carley Adams leads the team with 20 goals and 25 points on 33 shots, while attacker Emily Glagolev has scoed 11 times on 17 shots… In all, 17 players have found the back of the net for ASU this year… Goalkeeper Berkeley Bonneau has posted a 12.92 goals against average in just under 279 minutes in net, making 48 saves on 141 shots faced with a .444 save percentage.

The Aggies and Sun Devils have met only one other time, with Arizona State posting a 16-12 victory at UC Davis Health Stadium on Feb. 8 of last season.

• UC Davis freshman
Lauren Hart was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Rookie of the Week on Monday after scoring her first career goal, adding a pair of ground balls, a draw control, and a caused turnover, in the Aggies' 20-9 non-conference victory over Fresno State.
• She becomes the first UC Davis player to win rookie of the week honors since
Alex Agnew did so on Feb. 24, 2020.
• Ten different players found the back of the net against the Bulldogs, the most since…
• UC Davis has reached 20 goals in a match three times this season — the most since 2011 (five times) — and held the opposition to single digits for the fourth time in seven contests, the first time since 2018 that has happened.

Aude Claire Moats also scored the first two goals of her career in the win at Fresno State.
• Larson was one of four players to net a hat trick against the Bulldogs, giving her a team-high six for the season — the most since
Taylor Cuenin tallied 10 as a senior in 2019.

Sorana Larson moved into 10th place on the school's all-time list with 105 career goals, passing Megan O'Connor (2004-07), standing three behind Katie McGovern (2005-08) for ninth, and seven back of Christina Corsa (2008-11) for eighth.
• Larson's 130 career points are now 22 back of
Amanda Outcalt (2017-20) for 10th place on the all-time list in that category.

Anna Hofgard led UC Davis with three goals and a pair of assists for five points against Fresno State, tying her season high in points and logging her second hat trick of the year — her first coming during a four-goal outburst against the Bulldogs in the regular season opener.
• The Aggies' 40 shots against Fresno State last week are tied for the most this season (40 at San Diego State) and are the most by an Aggie squad in a single match since putting up 44 attempts against the Aztecs in a 16-12 win on April 13, 2019.
• Although the unbeaten run came to an end against then-No. 22 Stanford, UC Davis' 3-0 start following its victory over California marked its best since opening the 2014 campaign at 5-0.
