DAVIS, Calif. -- UC Davis used an explosive 211-yard performance on the ground, including 104 yards from Ulonzo Gilliam Jr., while Trent Tompkins rushed for a pair of touchdowns to pick up a 32-3 win against Northern Colorado Saturday night at home at UC Davis Health Stadium.
The Aggies improved to 6-1 on the year and 3-1 in Big Sky Conference play, while the Bears fell to 2-5 and 1-3.
Gilliam Jr. led all Aggies rushers with 104 yards in the contest, picking up 4.7 yards per carry. Lan Larison also added 62 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 5.6 yards per carry, as well as 63 receiving yards.
