UC DAVIS FOOTBALL MEDIA POLICIES AND INFORMATION
WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCE:
Starting on Monday, Aug. 24, head coach Tim Plough will be available during a weekly press conference held in the Bruce Edwards Club Room below the UC Davis Health Stadium press box. The press conference will be scheduled for 1:00 pm PT unless otherwise noted by UC Davis Athletics Communications staff.
GAME NOTES:
Game notes will be finalized and distributed no later than 12:00 pm PT on Tuesday during the week of the game. The PDF copy for UC Davis will also be available via the team's schedule page or the UC Davis Football Media Center. Copies of game notes for both teams will be available inside the UC Davis Health Stadium press box on game day.
CREDENTIALS:
Please fill out this form no later than 4:00 pm PT on Wednesday during the week of the desired home game. UC Davis Athletics Communications will review all applications. All individuals may be subject to show identification, and any person not on the media list will not be granted entrance. If you are not sure about your credential status, please reach out to Chris Fortney (cfortney@ucdavis.edu).
MEDIA CUT OFF:
Media requests for coaches and players will not be accepted after 5:00 pm PT on Wednesday during the week of the desired home game. Please contact Chris Fortney (cfortney@ucdavis.edu) with any requests that might fall in those 48 hours.
CREDENTIAL PICKUP/ENTRANCE:
Media members can pick up their credential at the Southwest Ticket Booth, located just outside of GATE 4 on the West Side of UC Davis Health Stadium. Credential pickup opens four hours before kickoff. Credentials may also be picked up the week of the game at the UC Davis Health Stadium. Please coordinate with Chris Fortney (cfortney@ucdavis.edu) for this specific pickup.
SEATING CHART:
All credentialed media will have a designated space with a name placard inside the UC Davis Health Stadium press box. Seating charts will be posted on the walls around the press box four hours before kickoff. For specific seating requests or questions, please contact Chris Fortney (cfortney@ucdavis.edu).
POSTGAME PRESS CONFERENCE:
A postgame press conference featuring head coach Tim Plough and requested players will be conducted approximately 10 minutes after the final whistle inside the Bruce Edwards Club Room, directly below the UC Davis Health Stadium press box. All press conferences will be uploaded to the team's schedule page and UC Davis Athletics YouTube page following the conclusion of the event.
