DAVIS, Calif. — With wins in four consecutive games (and five of the last six), UC Davis will head to UC Santa Barbara for Saturday's 7 p.m. matchup with one simple mission: extend its win streaks.

In addition to its current overall streak, the Aggies won their last three played on the Gauchos' home court.

With a victory, not only will UC Davis continue its success in Santa Barbara, and enter its near week-long hiatus (it is off on Thursday and will return to action on Feb. 29 at home against Long Beach State), it will preserve its status as a team with the Big West's best road record during conference play, and remain alone in second place with three games remaining before the start of this season's Big West Tournament.

Following its current Central Coast road trip, the Aggies will play two of their final three games on Bob Hamilton Court before ending the regular season at UC Riverside.

In addition to a video stream that is available on BigWest.TV, Sports 1140 KHTK will carry Scott Marsh's call over the airwaves and through its TuneIn Radio channel. As is the case with every game this season, links for live stats, in-game Twitter updates and tickets are available at Gameday Central.

This is the second time in as many weeks that the Aggies will face the Gauchos; in last Thursday's home game, they won their fifth game in the last seven head-to-head contests by shooting 56 percent overall and 88 percent at the free throw line. Led by true freshman point guard Ezra Manjon's fourth 20-point game of the year (he finished with that exact total), five Aggies scored in double figures in a game that saw the home team hold the lead for the final 38:09 of action.

As has been the case since the start of the season, UC Davis leads all Big West teams with its three-point (.393) and free throw percentages (.782). Even though UCSB holds the No. 1 field goal percentage among all league teams (.469), the Aggies are second, three-thousandths of a percentage point behind the Gauchos with their .466 figure.

Series Record: UC Davis 30-12
Last UC Santa Barbara Win: 1/17/19 — H, 69-58
Last UC Davis Win: 2/13/20 — H, 84-75
Series Streak: UC Davis +2
