FRESNO, Calif. -- UC Davis seniors Marissa Brown, Elise Roberts, and Kirsten Brand, combined for five individual victories on the day, and the Aggies' depth helped lift them to a, 144-139, victory on the road over Fresno State on Sunday afternoon at the Fresno State Aquatics Center.

The host Bulldogs won nine of the 15 events on the day, but it was UC Davis which put together compete performances from their lineup to produce the win that moved the Aggies to 7-4 overall in dual meets this season. UC Davis swept the top four spots in the 200 IM and added a pair of podium finishes in eight other events, including a win and a third-place finish in the 200 free relay to close out the meet.

Brown posted the Aggies' first win of the day in the 1000 free, touching in a time of 10:18.73 to win the event by nearly 16 seconds en route to her second fastest time of the season in the event. She was followed three events later by Roberts' win in the 200 IM with a time of 2:07.61, as UC Davis dominated the event with sophomores Iris Brand (2:07.82), Eva Chung (2:07.92), and Solie Laughlin (2:08.40), following close behind.

Kirsten Brand took home top honors in the 100 free with a time of 52.57, with Jamie Pincin (53.04) and Mia Facey (53.18) finishing third and fourth, while Brown added her second win of the day two events later with a time of 5:02.87 in the 500 free, followed by Olivia Smith (5:06.34) in second to give the Aggies a 1-2 finish.

The win in the 500 free started a run for UC Davis, which won the final three swimming events of the day, as Roberts (2:18.09) and Kristen Schumann (2:18.12) went 1-2 in the 200 breast to win the event by more than a second, and the 200 free relay squad of Courtney Schultz, Iris Brand, Jamie Pincin, and Kirsten Brand, posted a time of 1:35.44 to win the final event and seal the victory.

Following a busy weekend on the boards halfway across the country in Colorado Springs, Colo., the Aggie divers rejoined the team in Fresno and picked up key points on the day. Senior Serena Yee finished third on the 3-meter board with a score of 243.30 -- the second-highest score in the event this season by a UC Davis diver -- and she finished fourth on the 1-meter board with a score of 231.08.

The final dual of the regular season will be held at the Schaal Aquatics Center on Saturday (Feb. 4), as the Aggies salute their senior class and host Mountain Pacific Sports Federation rival Pacific at Noon.
