DAVIS, Calif. - For the second time in less than a month (and in the program's history), UC Davis will face Eastern Illinois Tuesday evening inside the Pavilion in a rare in-season return contest.
When these two teams last met in Charleston, Ill. last month, Corey Hawkins extended the Aggies' lead at the free throw line before a desperation last-second heave by the Panthers fell woefully short and off-line.
Tuesday's game is the final home appearance for UC Davis in 2014 as the Aggies will not return to their floor until Jan. 3, 2015.
Series Record: UC Davis leads 1-0
Last UC Davis Win: 63-61; 11/20/14 in Charleston, Ill.
Last Eastern Illinois Win: N/A
Series Record: UC Davis +1
