FRESNO, Calif. - The UC Davis women's swim team closed out the final day of competition at the Allington Memorial Senior Meet as Madeline Talt and Maya Sprinsock won the 1650 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke, respectively.

In Saturday's event finals, Buffy Ajimura won the 200 freestyle in a time of 1:52.24 while Maya Sprinsock finished second overall in the 200 breaststroke, clocking in at 2:20.13. Ajimura was also the Aggies' top finisher in the 50 freestyle, placing third overall with a time of 24.41.

Karley Troup and Jessica Nicholson finished fifth and sixth, respectively in the 400 individual medley with Troup recording a time of 4:39.09 and Nicholson following that in a time of 4:43.36.

UC Davis concluded Saturday with a second place finish in the 800 freestyle relay as Devon Demont, Alex Wells, Madeline Talt and Jessica Nicholson combined for a time of 8:08.34.

Troup and Ajimura began the event finals on Sunday by finishing fourth and fifth, respectively, in the 100 butterfly. Troup clocked in with a time of 59.86 while Ajimura touched just after her at 59.99.

Talt would claim the 1650 freestyle in a time of 17:31.88 while Maya Sprinsock won the 100 breaststroke in a time of 1:05.07.

Troup was seventh overall in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:13.28.
