The Aggies opened the tournament - their second event of the week - with an 8-over 368 during the morning before shooting 385 in the afternoon. UC Davis leads 11th-place New Mexico State by five shots and is behind ninth-place Colorado by six.
Team scores each round consist of the lowest five individuals from each six-player team.
Host San Diego State, ranked 35th, has a comfortable 18-shot lead over Nevada atop the leaderboard. The Aztecs are eight under while Nevada is 10 over. UC Irvine is 13 over and in third place while Northwestern is fourth at 15-over. Top-ranked Oregon is two more shots back in fifth.
Graham, who is tied for 24th at 3-over, had three birdies during his round of 72, battling back from bogeys on three of his first four holes. He birdied the par-4 14th and 15th holes and then added another on the par-5 1st. He started his round on the seventh hole. An eagle-2 on the ninth hole during his second round helped highlight his 75.
After shooting a 76 in the morning, Booth opened his afternoon round with two pars before carding birdies on two of the next three to go two under. Three bogeys over the front nine of the course brought his card back closer to par, eventually pushing his ledger to two over for the round.
Redshirt freshman Andrew Haggen and sophomore Tim Honeycutt each opened the tournament with strong rounds of 73. They both had three birdies in those rounds before posting matching 78's in the second. Freshman Josh Granger and sophomore Tyler Raber had 75 and 76, respectively, in the first round to help highlight their days.
Booth is tied for 42nd, Haggen and Honeycutt are tied for 48th, and Raber and Granger are tied for 72nd.
John Chin of UC Irvine is at 8-over 136 after two rounds, bholding a one-shot lead over Johan Carlsson of San Diego State.
The final round will be played on Friday morning.
