STANFORD, Calif. - UC Davis senior Joel Bosserman finished eighth of eight entrants in the fourth section of the men's 1,500 at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational track and field meet Sunday. Bosserman, who crossed the finish line in 4:04.38, was the only Aggie entered in the meet.

The majority of the UC Davis track and field teams competed in a home dual with Fresno State Saturday. The Aggie and Bulldog men's teams tied, 96-96, in the meet. The FSU women won their half of the competition by a 103-87 margin.

UC Davis is next in action at the Sacramento State Invitational, followed by the Modesto Relays. Both teams are gearing up for the Division I Independent Championships at Northern Colorado in two weeks.
