Parents are Tyrell and Angela Parks...Has two siblings, Carson and Cayden...Has had many family members play college sports...Angela Parks played softball at North Carolina A&T, Lillie Parks played women's basketball at the University of Alaska Anchorage, Tyrone Parks played football at Murray State, Jozelle Carter II played men's basketball at Hope International and Miko Montgomery played women's basketball at Johnson C. Smith College...Was recruited by many schools including UC Santa Barbara, UNLV, Cornell University, UC San Diego, San Diego State, UCR, Wake Forest, Colorado State, and Idaho State...Ultimately chose UC Davis because "of the strong connection I built with the coaching staff, which made the program feel like a home away from home. During the recruiting process, my official visit confirmed that UC Davis was a place where I could see myself growing both on and off the court. I was impressed by the supportive environment, the belief the coaching staff had in me, and the opportunities for success within the program. It truly felt like joining another family, and I knew this was the right place for me to continue my basketball journey"...Describes herself as a family-oriented person...In high school, her Team Mom organized a day where she made blessing bags, containing many essentials and goodies for people in need.
