Biography

2008: Played all 12 games, pulling in 9 passes for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns... Scored TDs against Central Arkansas (6 yards) and Cal Poly (18 yards)... Posted season-highs of 3 receptions and 42 yards in home win vs. Southern Utah.

2007: Saw action in first 2 games before suffering season-ending injury... Collected a 8-yard reception at Portland State... Granted medical hardship.

2006: Played in 11 games, starting games against Northern Colorado and TCU... Caught 6 passes for 107 yards and a touchdown... First collegiate reception was 5-yarder vs. Southern Utah... Caught 3-for-81 in finale with San Diego... Lone TD was game-winning 17-yard grab early in fourth quarter vs. Sacramento State.

2005: Redshirted... Selected as team[apos]s Scout Offensive Player of the Week after Cal Poly game.

DOWNEY HS [apos]05: Selected as Modesto Metro Conference MVP as a senior... Also garnered second-team all-state and All-Sac-Joaquin Section honorable mention that year... Added Stanislaus County District Player of the Year award... Hauled in 72 catches for 1,106 yards and 15 TDs during senior season... Won first-team All-Central California Conference honors in 2003... Four-year academic all-conference selection and a National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete... Also starred in basketball, capturing All-CCC and league MVP accolades as a senior... Averaged 20 points per game, helping team to 26-3 ledger... Won school[apos]s Blue Knight Award for overall academic and athletic excellence.

PERSONAL: Born in Modesto, Calif.... Majoring in community & regional development... Parents are Frank & Deanna Bispo... Frank played football for UC Davis from 1983-85 and caught second-longest reception in school history (92 yards from Chris Petersen in 1985)...
