2017: BIG SKY CONFERENCE FALL ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM... Saw action in seven games as a senior, earning the spot as a starting outside linebacker... Finished with 22 total tackles, eight solo and 14 assisted, before ending the season early due to injury... Started the season with five tackles (three solo) at San Diego State including a sack for a loss of six yards... His best defensive performance came against Eastern Washington, finishing with eight total tackles (four solo) and 1.5 tackles for loss... Also recorded his second sack of the season against EWU, costing the quarterback 16 yards... Additionally recoded a broken pass versus North Dakota.
2016: Saw action in all 11 games... Finished with a total of 15 tackles (11 unassisted)... Picked up a season-high two tackles for loss (nine yards) at home versus Portland State.
2015: Played in all 11 games, picking up nine tackles, including four solo... Posted two tackles each against Hawaii (both solo), Northern Colorado, Weber State and Sacramento State... Shared in TFLs against UNC and Weber State, totaling three yards.
2014: Played in just three games (Stanford, Colorado State, Sacramento State)... Recorded a tackle in each of his three games, including a solo stop in the Causeway Classic.
2013: Redshirted.
TRUCKEE HS '13: Received two varsity letters in football and one in baseball... Was quarterback and linebacker who earned Reno Gazette-Journal Player of the Year honors... Was named all-state linebacker as a junior... Threw for 1,768 yards and 19 TD's as a senior including a long pass of 77 yards... Threw for 266 yards and four touchdowns in season finale against Moapa Valley HS... Added 481 rushing yards and four touchdowns in 2012... Defensively, finished with 66 tackles including 40 solo and 10.0 TFLs... Was also an all-state pitcher.
