IRVINE, Calif. — With the start of the beach volleyball season just one week away, the Big West has announced its rankings for 2026 Preseason Coaches' Poll, with UC Davis beach volleyball making the list in fourth place, receiving 20 points.
This ranking comes off the heels of a 2025 season in which the team finished 18-17 with a 4-4 record against conference opponents, falling in the first round of bracket play to Hawai'i.
UC Davis kicks off the 2026 season on Friday, Feb. 20 in the first day of the Canyon Classic hosted by Grand Canyon University. Action begins at 8:00 am PT against Arizona State and wraps up at 10:30 am PT versus Arizona.
