DAVIS, Calif. – After a season opening tri-meet in the desert, UC Davis gymnastics now sets its sights on opening the University Credit Union Center with a home opening dual meet against San Jose State set to get started at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18.

UC Davis will honor and celebrate its 50th Anniversary before the start of the meet. Make sure to be there early as the ceremony is set to get going at approximately 1:40 p.m.
UNDER WAY IN THE DESERT: Alana Kim's career-high 9.825 on vault set the pace for UC Davis gymnastics in its season opening tri-meet at Arizona State that saw the Aggies finish third with a final score of 193.250 on Jan. 11. Kim finished tied for fourth on vault, and just finished outside the top 10 on floor after tying for 11th with a mark of 9.700
Amelia Moneymaker finished tied for second on the all-around, totaling 39.100 adding to the versatile Aggie's school record with her 17th all-around score of at least 39.000. Moneymaker's best finish came on floor when she posted a fourth-place score of 9.825
50th ANNIVERSARY: 2025 also doubles as Aggies' 50th Anniversary with the season acting as a celebration for the history of the program. In 1974, led by Ray Goldbar, both women's and men's UC Davis gymnastics took the floor for the first time and for the past 50 years the Aggies have been setting championship standards. During those 50 years the Aggies have won three national championships, bringing home the AIWA Division III title in 1980 and 1981 and the 1999 USAG Division II title.

Tanya Ho Gomez, UC Davis has produced 130 All-Americans and 32 national qualifiers. The Aggies can also claim 22 individual national champions, with Flora Bara; Tiffany Chan; Nicole Doherty; Jill Henrie; Yuri Hinson; Keitha Hunter; Michelle Kulovitz; Ericka Ruelas; Lynn Schwaebe; Frossene Shuck; Cheryl Sidel and Stacy Wong all bringing home at least one national title in the Blue and Gold.
RETURNING AGGIES: This season the Aggies return an experienced lineup consisting of Moneymaker,

Cady Chiu,
Ayumi Oshiro,
McKenna Knecht,
Avery Marshall and
Milla Gideon. Joining the returning Aggies is graduate transfer
Sierra Muns along with incoming freshmen
Chloe Gann,
Molly Osborne,
Selena Pappas and
Devyn Robinson.
Moneymaker and Oshiro return as All-MPSF honorees, while Moneymaker qualified for the NCAA regionals in all-around and was crowned the bars, beam and all-around MPSF Champion in 2025.

Group outings (minimum of 10) can get their tickets at $10 a piece.
