The short story: Amelia Moneymaker picked up the all-around title for UC Davis gymnastics with a 39.375 at the 2026 MPSF Championships on Saturday, Mar. 21. The Aggies took third place in a close matchup that saw Southern Utah take the title for the third consecutive year.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Punctuated by a 9.900 on the beam, Moneymaker secures a 39.000 for the 25th time in her career.
• The Aggies strongest routine of the night came on the floor to kick off the event, scoring a 48.850 to come just .05 away from tying a team season-high.
• The routine was led by three 9.800+, including a 9.850 from Avah Reichow, a 9.825 from Moneymaker, and a career-high 9.8 from Alana Kim.
• With Southern Utah faltering in the third rotation, a solid bars routine from McKenna Knecht and Jehaan Poonja put UC Davis within a point entering the final part of the event.
• Moneymaker capped off the night with her 9.900 to go along with a solid 9.825 from Jayden Wakita, but the Aggies would end up third in a tight championship event.
