THE SHORT STORY: UC Davis struck first but could not hold on in a 2-1 loss to Pacific on Thursday night at Aggie Soccer Field. Chase Tanon's early goal gave the Aggies the lead, but the Tigers equalized before halftime and found the winner in the second half.

- Wilson kept the match level with two first-half saves, including a key stop late in the half
- The Tigers pulled ahead in the 59th minute on a goal from Muharif Abdul-Kadir, assisted by Ezekiel Padilla
- UC Davis created chances in response, with Lillington and Ben Elkins firing shots in the 65th and 67th minutes that went wide
- The Aggies pressed late with efforts from Sanchez and Neuls, but Pacific's defense held on to secure the result
