DAVIS, Calif. – Following a weekend where No. 10 UC Davis equestrian battled No. 4 Texas A&M and knocked off then-ranked No. 10 South Dakota State, Anna Donovan and Mya Clader each earned Eastern College Athletic Conference Rider of the Week honors.

Donovan earned the honors in Fences while over on Reining Clader brought home the award.

Donovan has been a key contributor in Fences across both opening meets. She rode Tony to a draw with a strong score of 82 against Texas A&M, then posted the highest score of the event in the win over South Dakota State with a score of an 85 on Glennis, earning herself the MOP award.

As for Clader she was a consistent force in Reining throughout the opening weekend. She earned a point against Texas A&M aboard Camacho as part of the Aggies' 3-1 win in the event.

She followed with an MOP ride on Vinny against South Dakota State, earning a 72 and the highest score in the event, helping secure the team victory with another point-winning performance.

The Aggies return to the pen on Thursday, Oct. 16 when they host No. 5 TCU at 10 a.m. PT.
