HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Aggies got the scoring started early, putting one run on the board in the top of the first to an Ethan Felix RBI double
- The Aggies then held the Dons scoreless before expanding their lead in the fourth with Gouveia coming across the plate to make it 2-0 in favor of UC Davis
- UC Davis kept San Francisco scoreless before plating a pair of runs in the seventh inning
- The Aggies best inning of the day was driven by a pair of RBI singles from Riley Acosta, who delivered a clutch, pinch-hit effort, and Stone who drove home his team-leading 29th RBI
- San Francisco put one run on the scoreboard in the seventh, but UC Davis still held on for the 4-1 win with Kaden Hogan earning his second save of the season
