The short story: UC Davis continued their winning ways Friday night, receiving contributions from every part of their lineup, as all nine starters reached base safely, helping the Aggies put up 11 runs on 18 hits to down UC Riverside 11-4.
LEADING OFF
- Ryan Lee Led the Aggies' offense, going 3-for-5 with a double and driving in three runs
- Nick Leehey extended his team-high 17 game reached base streak while also going 2-for-5 with a double and three RBIs
- Leighton Helfrick for the second straight game collected two hits, going 2-for-4, including a double and an RBI

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Aggies erupted for four runs in the first featuring a two-run double by Lee
- Before the Highlanders could score, the Aggies added another four runs, highlighted by Leehey's three-run double, pushing the lead to 8-0, giving UC Davis back-to-back four-run innings
- The Highlanders managed to put one run on the board in the fourth, making it 8-1
- The Aggies responded by extended their lead to 9-1, thanks to an RBI single from Helfrick
- UC Riverside would try and claw back, narrowing the gap to 9-4 after plating a run in the bottom half of the fifth and a pair in the sixth
- UC Davis solidified their lead with two additional runs, including one from Lee's 2-out single, pushing it to 11-4 in favor of the Aggies in the ninth
- Hogan who entered in the game in the seventh, would continue to mow down Highlander hitters and secure his third save of the season
NOTABLE
- The win tonight gives UC Davis their 10th Big West win of the season, the first time UC Davis has achieved the feat since the 2017 season
