Junior Jade Light finished with 20 kills, ending the evening hitting .400. Light wrapped up with 24 points, after adding 12 digs.

Sophomore setter Mia Starr finished with 55 assists and she had 10 digs to go along with two service aces

HOW IT HAPPENED

The first set was full of tie points as both teams battled to see who would take the first. Ultimately, the Aggies came out on top.

The 26-24 Aggie first-set win gave them a 1-0 lead in the match.

The Beach returned the favor in the second set, pulling away halfway through the set to take a 25-19 second set victory.

With things tied at 1-1, CSULB would take the third set, 25-21, forcing the Aggies to fight for the fourth set

The Aggies led almost the entirety of the fourth set to force set five coming out on top with a score of 25-21.

Set five was a battle with back-and-forth tied points following an attack error by a CSULB player, the Beach went on to take the next two points to win the match 15-13.
