Box Score DAVIS, Calif. - UC Davis returned to the Marya Welch Tennis Center as hosted NCAA DII member Holy Names University and American River College. The Aggies defeated the Hawks 6-1. The scheduled match against American River was rained out.
 
Against Holy Names, the Aggies won five of the six singles matches that were played in straight sets. Senior Brett Brinkman (court #1), sophomore Sam De Vries (court #2), senior Andras Necz (court #3), senior Coleton Hootman (court #5) and freshman Lucas Bollinger (court #6) all won their matches.
 
In doubles play, the Aggies won both matches that were finished. Seniors Mitchell Davis and Andrei Volgin won their match on court No. 1, 6-2 and Bollinger and freshman Constantinos Djakouris won on court No. 3, 6-3.
 
The Aggies return to the court at the Marya Welch Tennis Center on Wednesday as they host University of the Pacific. First serve is set for 1 pm.
