Box Score SANTA CLARA – The Aggies traveled to the Silicon Valley as they took on Santa Clara University in Santa Clara. The Broncos defeated the Aggies, 4-2, on Friday from the Degheri Tennis Center.
 
The Aggies won one of the five singles matches that were played. On court No. 6, Lucas Bollinger defeated Santiago Hinojosa, 7-6 (8-6), 2-6, 6-0. Three of the Aggies defeats did come in three sets.
 
In doubles play, the Aggies won two matches to earn the first score of the day. Brett Brinkman and Andras Necz won on court No. 2, 6-4, and Lucas Bollinger and Coleton Hootman won on court No. 3, 6-3.
 
The Aggies will return home to the Marya Welch Tennis Center next Friday as they host the University of Montana at 2 p.m.
