DAVIS, Calif. – The UC Davis women's tennis team blanked UC San Diego, 4-0, Wednesday at the Marya Welch Tennis Center.
The Aggies grinded to win the doubles point and then claimed the match with straight-set wins at No. 2 through No. 4 singles.
Junior
Yana Gurevich earned her 12
th singles victory, downing Katelyn Vu, 6-3, 6-3. Freshman
Arianna Stavropoulos also won in straight sets to claim her 11
th win on the season, 6-3, 6-0. Sophomore
Olive Maunupau also won in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2.
UC Davis now takes the trek to Hawai'i for a match scheduled on Friday, March 25.
