DAVIS, Calif. – The UC Davis women's tennis team won its third straight home match, downing CSUN, 4-0, Friday afternoon from the Marya Welch Tennis Center. The Aggies improve to 5-1 on their home court and are 6-5 on the season.

UC Davis won the doubles point by identical 6-1 scores at the No. 1 and 2 tandems. The Aggies then breezed through the singles competition in straight sets.

Senior Sara Tsukamoto swept Jolene Coetzee, 6-0, 6-0, and newcomer Arianna Stavropoulos defeated Ana Isabel Fraile Toboso, 6-3, 6-0. Junior Yana Gurevich secured the match with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Magdalena Hedrzak.

The Aggies hit the road tomorrow for a dual match against San Jose State. The action begins at Noon at the Spartan Tennis Complex.
