DAVIS, Calif. – Following its week-long hiatus due to finals, women's tennis will return to action on Tuesday, March 23, when it heads to Santa Clara for its final match before returning to Big West Conference play on Saturday, March 27, at Cal State Fullerton.

First serve at the Degheri Tennis Center for the Aggies' final conference tune-up is set for 12 p.m. A live video stream of this dual is available for tennis fans.

UC Davis will look to end its current five-match skid during its upcoming three-match road swing, which also includes a stop at CSUN on March 28 before returning home to host Hawai'i on April 10.

Don't let women's tennis' record fool you since a one-point margin was the difference in the team's last two results. The Aggies are playing highly-competitive tennis, and that pair of duals is the difference between their current record and what could have been a 4-4 mark.

Santa Clara is facing its own unique challenges since it opened the season with three straight losses against Division I competition — the team's first win of the season took place at home against Dominican, a Division II team – before it was forced to cancel its next three matches.

In its last dual, which took place on March 12, the Broncos defeated Sacramento State, 6-1, at home. Before facing the Aggies in its final home event of the month, SC will head to Fresno State on Saturday.

As is the case with UC Davis, Santa Clara will compete in league play the following match; the Aggies will face Cal State Fullerton while the Broncos will head to Malibu to square off against Pepperdine.

The day before the Aggies take on CSUN, Santa Clara will swing by Northridge for its non-conference match against the Matadors.
