Taylor Cuenin scored a game-high four goals while junior attacker
Amanda Outcalt added three goals and five assists for eight total points, leading UC Davis to a 15-12 road win over Oregon in collegiate women's lacrosse action at Papé Field Saturday afternoon.
The Aggies, facing their third straight Pac-12 Conference program, improves to 3-4 for the year. The Ducks move to 2-3 overall.
Cuenin scored all four of her goals in the first 25 minutes of play while Outcalt assisted on the game's first three scores en route to her career high.

Sorana Larson and
Kate Graham each netted two goals to account for the remaining UC Davis offense. Graham also notched eight draw controls and two caused turnovers, the latter of which matched teammate
Anna Belenis. Myers won another seven draw controls to help the Aggies dominate that area of the game by a 20-9 margin.
Oregon senior Shannon Williams led her squad with three goals and two assists.
UC Davis never trailed in the contest, although UO did manage to tie the scoreboard on two occasions: at 3-3 in the 18th minute and again at 9-9 in the 35th. The Aggies manage to respond to each equalizer with an immediate scoring outburst. When Williams connected to tie the game at 3-3, Cuenin hit three goals in a 4-0 run to put UC Davis back up by a 7-3 margin. Then when Jamie Level's eight-meter score made it 9-9, Larson converted a free-position goal of her own on the opposite end to ignite a 4-1 Aggie run during the next seven minutes.
UC Davis outshot its hosts by a 19-10 advantage in the first half to take an 8-6 lead, then held a 15-13 shooting edge after the break to stay in front for the win. The Aggies also protected the ball well: only 13 turnovers and a perfect 16-for-16 in clearing the midfield.
UC Davis returns home for a Friday afternoon game against Central Michigan. First draw is 4 p.m. at Aggie Stadium.
