CAREER: Finished her UC Davis career in 2021 ranked in a tie for fifth in saves with 253.

2021: Appeared in 14 of the team’s 16 matches on the year, making 12 starts in net… Finished with a 9-4 overall record and a 12.12 goals against average, making 105 saves… Also led the Aggies with 34 ground balls… Led all regular goalkeepers in the MPSF in fewest goals allowed and goals against average and ranked second with a .467 save percentage… Ranked No. 47 in the NCAA in goals against average, No. 64 with 2.43 ground balls per game, No. 22 in save percentage, No. 64 in overall saves, and No. 67 in saves per game (7.43)… Stopped a season-high 14 shots against California on Feb. 26, and followed that up with 10 more saves against nationally ranked Stanford on Feb. 28 en route to MPSF Defensive Player of the Week honors… Posted a season-best .540 save percentage (eight goals allowed, 14 saves) against the Golden Bears on Feb. 26… Scooped up a season-high eight ground balls against the Cardinal — the most by an Aggie this season and the most in a match by an MPSF player since USC’s Gussie Johns had nine on April 30, 2017.

2020: Started all six matches in goal for the Aggies during the shortened 2020 season… Ended the year with a 13.52 goals against average and 38 goals allowed in just over 266 minutes, making 38 saves for a .388 save percentage… Finished the year tied for the team lead with 12 ground balls, which also ranked in a tie for eighth in the MPSF… Ranked third among qualifiers in the MPSF in goals against average and third in save percentage… Finished with a season-high four ground balls at Stanford (2/22) and matched that total at Oregon (3/1)… Set a season high with 10 saves in the win over California (2/24) and matched that total in a win at Oregon (3/1).

2019: Appeared in 12 of the team’s 17 matches, starting seven contests in the cage… Led the team in minutes played (571:11)… Finished with a 11.24 goals against average, making 97 saves while facing 278 shots… Ended the year with a 4-3 record and a .475 save percentage… Stopped a season-high 19 shots against Georgetown on March 24, adding double-digit saves against UMBC (13) and Fresno State (12) on March 27 and April 6, respectively.

2018: Appeared in five games as a reserve goalie... Made collegiate debut with 12:40 of shutout ball against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (2/18)... Longest stint was 41:23 vs. Harvard (2/25), in which she collected season-high 5 saves.

RAMAPO HS ’17: Captured all-state honorable mention, first-team All-NJSIAA Group 2, first-team All-Independence Conference and second-team All-Bergen County in 2017... Posted 565 career saves with a .538 average... Notched saves totals of 216 and 221 in final two seasons... Earned second-team All-Group 2 distinction as a junior.

PERSONAL: Born in Hackensack, N.J.... Cognitive science major... Parents are Kenneth & Denise Mathieson... One of three siblings, along with Michael (20) and Morgan (17).
